We would be delighted to welcome you to our magnificent setting to celebrate your christenings in the Charente-Maritime in Surgères near La Rochelle.
You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the large 300 m² barn, illuminated in the evening, the shaded orchard and the spacious rooms in the gîtes for your meals and your christenings.
Children can play safely in the gardens, while the adults fall under the spell of the stone buildings and our friendly, restful and rural setting.
In addition, if you wish, we can recommend excellent caterers, DJs, florists, table rentals to help you prepare your christening.
FAMILY GATHERINGS
We know from experience that many families struggle to find a place to spend a weekend or a few well-deserved days together ; a moment to see the cousins, the nephews, the nieces, the grandchildren, the children, who have all grown so much, and who all have so many things to tell each other!
Families can meet during the day in the large living room of La Grange, perfect for the preparation of large meals, and which can easily accommodate 50 people seated. Children will be able to play indoors, day and night in a calm, safe and friendly environment.
In the evening, families can have their privacy in the spacious bedrooms upstairs in the neighboring gites.
A stay at Le Colombier is easy!! You can spend a few days in a friendly atmosphere without having to organize a lot. No need to use the car unless you want to discover the many attractions of Charente-Maritime. The 5 supermarkets nearby will facilitate the organization of your weekend.
Surgeres is well located in relation to all the major accesses from the south, from Brittany, from Paris. The TGV station is just 2 km away.
